What happens if I want to order something that is out of stock?

Shoot us an email and ask us nicely – we may be able to order more stock for you. We will always try our best to help you!

How are my goodies sent and when will they reach me?

ZE will post your items with Australia Post. Our Standard Domestic service delivers within 2-5 days, Express Domestic is 1-2 days and International post is 3-10 days. We will notify you when we receive your order and again when it has been sent. You are more than welcome to contact us anytime with any delivery queries.

How much will it cost me in postage?

Our standard domestic post is $10, express domestic $20 and international post $25.

What payment methods do you use and is it safe?

ZE accepts Visa and Mastercard and uses the eWAY payment Gateway for our credit card transactions. This means we have the highest security policy to guarantee your credit card details are kept safe and will not fall into the wrong hands!

Where do you stand on exchanges or refunds?

We understand there may be the need to exchange an item, particularly if the sizing of clothing is wrong. If this is the case, contact ZE within 7 days of receiving your goods and we will endeavor to replace, exchange or repair your item (if required), however if you are still not happy we will refund the amount of your item at purchase. We require you to return your product in the condition that it was received. This is not offered for change of mind.
